A word about genderless pricing: We price our services based on the length and style of hair regardless of gender. This means that prices may change depending upon the style. We’re happy to serve all people to find their confidence.

Cancellation Policy: We ask for 48 hours notice to avoid a rebooking fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be subject to 50% of the service cost. Cancellations within 24 hours, same-day, or no-shows will incur 75% of the cost of the appointment to rebook. All fees will be waived in the event that the spot can be filled. We appreciate your understanding!

Retainment Fee: A retainment fee of 50% or $50 for any chemical service will be collected at the time or within 48 hours of booking to reserve the appointment time. The retainment fee is transferable up until 48 hours prior to the appointment time, but not refundable. The fee will be credited to the bill of your first appointment.
